Access to queen.ph is strictly limited to persons aged 21 or older. Registering with false date-of-birth information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each individual may hold exactly one queen.ph account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different email addresses or devices — violate these Terms and are subject to permanent closure with balance forfeiture.
All transactions on queen.ph — deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider on your side of a transaction.
All promotional bonuses at queen.ph are subject to specific wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
Any use of software, bots, collusion, arbitrage strategies, or any other method that queen.ph determines to constitute abuse of the platform or its games is prohibited and will result in account suspension, stake forfeiture, and potential legal action.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of queen.ph shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
Access to queen.ph is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform. This age restriction is imposed in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and applies universally to all users, without exception.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document; your date of birth; a valid and accessible email address; and a Philippine mobile number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.
Each individual person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on queen.ph at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, email addresses, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. queen.ph employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.
queen.ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Account holder at any time. Requests may be triggered by account registration, withdrawal requests, promotional claim activity, or compliance review. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS card, and proof of billing address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
queen.ph is intended for use by Filipino players located within the Philippines. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is a violation of these Terms. You represent and warrant that your use of queen.ph does not violate any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence or location at the time of access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
queen.ph will treat any action taken from your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — as having been authorized by you. queen.ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
queen.ph will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from queen.ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to the support team.
queen.ph accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All deposits are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). queen.ph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits, credit card cash advance transactions, or deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment account, subject to any applicable processing fees imposed by the payment provider.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically reflected in your queen.ph wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within the same banking business day but may take up to twenty-four (24) hours during peak periods or public holidays. queen.ph is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider or banking system.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your queen.ph Account are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any illegal or criminal activity. You further warrant that you are the rightful owner of, or are duly authorized to use, the payment method used to fund your Account. queen.ph reserves the right to conduct AML screening on deposits and to request source-of-funds documentation where required under applicable Philippine law.
Withdrawals from your queen.ph Account are available to verified Account holders. queen.ph may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the queen.ph Account holder.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
queen.ph targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, security review procedures, or where additional verification is required. queen.ph is not liable for delays in fund receipt attributable to the receiving financial institution or payment provider.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Only real-money funds — being deposits and the real-money component of winnings generated after wagering requirements are met — are eligible for withdrawal. queen.ph's accounting system clearly distinguishes real-money and bonus fund balances in your Account dashboard.
queen.ph offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated in the applicable promotion documentation, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount awarded. Different game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (for example, live casino games may contribute at a different rate than slots). The specific contribution rates will be stated in each promotion's terms document.
All games available on the queen.ph Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer mechanics, as applicable to each game type. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and individual session results will deviate significantly from theoretical averages.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that results in an incomplete or ambiguous game outcome, queen.ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager stake to the player's Account. queen.ph's determination of the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 11.
queen.ph maintains server-side records of all game states. In the event of a player disconnection during a live game round, the round will proceed according to the pre-set rules of the relevant game (for example, the dealer will draw cards according to the game's standing rules in baccarat). queen.ph is not responsible for losses arising from player-side connectivity failures.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the queen.ph Platform. Any User found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, game assets, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the queen.ph Platform are owned by or licensed to queen.ph and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of queen.ph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, queen.ph's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
queen.ph expressly excludes liability for: indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind; loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data or goodwill; losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions; and losses attributable to the acts or omissions of third-party payment providers.
In the event of a dispute concerning a game result, transaction, or any Platform matter, you must submit a formal written dispute to queen.ph support within fourteen (14) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. queen.ph will investigate and respond to formally submitted disputes within ten (10) business days. queen.ph's dispute resolution findings shall be final and binding, subject only to recourse through the appropriate Philippine judicial forum.
queen.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is terminated due to a proven breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account at the time of termination — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at queen.ph's discretion. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the Account holder's own request, or upon market exit), real-money funds will be returned via the original deposit method after completion of any pending withdrawal processing and AML clearance.
queen.ph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. The collection, use, and retention of your personal data is described in full in the queen.ph Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in the manner described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of such data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
queen.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Account holders via email to the address held on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. The effective date of any revision will be clearly stated in the updated Terms document.
Your continued use of the queen.ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the process described in Section 12.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended by Republic Act No. 9487), Republic Act No. 10173, the Civil Code of the Philippines, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, that cannot be resolved through queen.ph's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in such courts.
