This Privacy Policy is governed by Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as enforced by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. Your rights are anchored in Philippine law.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of serious harm, queen.ph will notify affected individuals and the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, in compliance with NPC regulations.
queen.ph takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. This Policy applies to all personal data collected by queen.ph in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: account registration, identity verification, deposits and withdrawals, game activity, customer support interactions, and promotional participation.
This Policy does not apply to the practices of third-party services or platforms that may be linked to or integrated with queen.ph (such as payment processors or identity verification providers), which maintain their own separate privacy policies. You are encouraged to review the privacy documentation of any third-party service you use in connection with your queen.ph account.

queen.ph processes your personal data only for specific, legitimate purposes. The purposes for which your data is processed, together with the applicable legal basis under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, are set out below:
Purpose: To create, maintain, and administer your queen.ph account, verify your identity, and provide access to Platform services.
Legal Basis: Performance of a contract to which you are a party (the queen.ph Terms & Conditions).
Purpose: To verify that you meet the 21+ age requirement, to comply with PAGCOR regulations, Philippine AML laws, and other applicable regulatory obligations.
Legal Basis: Compliance with a legal obligation.
Purpose: To process your deposits and withdrawal requests, maintain accurate transaction records, and investigate and resolve payment disputes.
Legal Basis: Performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations (AML record-keeping requirements).
Purpose: To apply and monitor responsible gaming limits, process self-exclusion requests, and identify patterns of gaming behavior that may indicate a player protection concern.
Legal Basis: Compliance with legal obligations; legitimate interests of queen.ph in operating a responsible gaming platform.
Purpose: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, account compromise, money laundering, bonus abuse, and other prohibited conduct.

Legal Basis: Performance of a contract; legitimate interests.
Purpose: To send promotional offers, bonus notifications, and Platform updates by email or SMS.
Legal Basis: Your separate, specific consent. You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting support. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
queen.ph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own commercial purposes. Personal data is disclosed only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
queen.ph engages carefully selected third-party service providers who process personal data on its behalf and under its instructions, including: payment processing providers (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), identity verification and KYC service providers, cloud infrastructure and server hosting providers, and fraud detection and security service providers. All such providers are contractually bound by data protection obligations no less protective than those in this Policy.
queen.ph will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), law enforcement agencies, and other regulatory bodies when required to do so by applicable Philippine law, regulation, court order, or valid regulatory directive. queen.ph will, where legally permitted, notify affected users prior to such disclosure.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business restructuring involving queen.ph, personal data held by the Platform may be transferred to the successor entity. Such transfer will be subject to a privacy notice and, where required by law, your prior consent.
queen.ph uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that allow the Platform to recognize your browser and remember certain information about your session.
You can configure your browser to refuse, delete, or alert you to cookies. However, disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair or prevent Platform functionality including the ability to log in and make transactions. queen.ph retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and AML retention obligations. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:

All rights requests should be submitted to the DPO contact described in Section 2. queen.ph will respond to all valid rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
Request a copy of the personal data queen.ph holds about you and information about how it is being processed.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you, subject to identity verification.
Request deletion of personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to regulatory retention obligations.
Object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Objection to marketing processing will be acted upon immediately.
Request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where technically feasible and where the processing is based on your consent.
Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe your data rights have been violated and queen.ph has failed to resolve your concern.
The exercise of certain rights may be subject to limitations where queen.ph has an overriding legal obligation to retain or continue processing the relevant data (for example, AML record-keeping requirements). Where a limitation applies, queen.ph will inform you of the reason in writing.
queen.ph does not knowingly collect, process, or retain the personal data of any individual under the age of twenty-one (21). The Platform is strictly a real-money gaming service accessible only to adults who meet the 21+ age requirement mandated under Philippine gaming regulations.
Age verification is a mandatory step in the queen.ph account registration process. In the event that queen.ph determines — through KYC verification, regulatory notification, or other means — that an individual under the age of 21 has registered an account, queen.ph will immediately close the account, void any transactions associated with it, and permanently delete all personal data collected in connection with the account, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
queen.ph's primary data processing infrastructure is located within or is operated in a manner consistent with Philippine data protection standards. Where personal data is processed by third-party service providers whose infrastructure is located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud storage providers or internationally-operated KYC services — queen.ph ensures that such processing is subject to contractual safeguards that provide a level of data protection equivalent to that required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
queen.ph will not transfer personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate safeguards, including data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses or equivalent protections recognized by the National Privacy Commission.
queen.ph reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Account holders via email to the registered address and/or by prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.
The effective date of the current version of this Policy is stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of an amended Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended Policy, you should cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with the process described in the queen.ph Terms & Conditions.

queen.ph will acknowledge receipt of all formal data rights requests within five (5) business days and will provide a substantive response within thirty (30) calendar days. Where a request is complex or involves a large volume of data, queen.ph may extend this period by a further thirty (30) days, in which case you will be notified of the extension and its reason.
